1. Introduction

LinearCast ("we", "us", or "our") operates the linearcast.com website and cloud streaming platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through our authentication provider (Clerk). This information is necessary to provide and manage your account.

2.2 Billing Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information (such as credit card details and billing address) is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. • Channel configurations and streaming activity
  • Viewer counts and analytics data
  • Video upload and playlist information
  • API usage and request logs
  • Feature usage patterns
